First stop, 5 days in/near Anaheim at the Canyon RV park. NICE park! Great wide open spaces and lots of room to run for the dogs. It just had crazy freeway noise and a TRAIN! Oh well....
David was run ragged with the multitude of Sunstate Yards to visit, and he just looovvves LA traffic. I had it pretty easy....
We moved on to San Diego for the final 4 days, and stayed at our favorite Chula Vista RV Park. Beautiful park at the marina in the bay. Nice ocean walks for the dogs, and pretty view of the strand and Coronado Island.
We took a 29 mile round trip bike ride to downtown Coronado Island. The Silver Strand bike path starts right at the RV park. We were very proud of our efforts. Yes our bikes are electric, but we DID pedal most of the way. (It's true) The electric motor boost is quite nice. We do love our new bikes!
The park is full of baby ducks. It's spring! They sun on the warm asphalt and are fearless. So cute...
Of course we had a nice visit with brother Mike, Rosie and Ryan. Thanks for a great lunch, Bro!
Ok, work is done now let's go home!
